About the Institute
Trainings and coaching/mentorship at the Institute for Soul Ecology are about helping people discover the deeper alignment that makes real change last. Instead of offering quick fixes or surface-level techniques, I guide people into a relationship that honors the whole person—their inner life, their relationships, and the values that give their life meaning.
Using respected frameworks in psychology, leadership, and spirituality, I weave these together with soulful wisdom from voices like John O’Donohue and L. Gregory Jones.
At the heart of my work is the idea of Ecology: the recognition that every change someone makes affects not just themselves, but also their relationships, their communities, and the way they show up in the world. You create a safe and supportive space (what O’Donohue would call anam cara, or soul friendship), while also inviting courageous accountability (what Jones calls holy friendship).
Offerings include:
Short workshops that open the door to these ideas in an accessible, practical way.
Longer trainings for coaches and therapists, giving them tools to help their clients experience holistic and lasting transformation.
One-on-one coaching for leaders and individuals who want to live with greater congruence, integrity, and depth.
In simple terms: I work with people to see who they truly are, align with what matters most, and create change that ripples outward—into their work, their relationships, and their legacy.
