The Membership
$350 per month.
Two sessions per month, 75 minutes each. Conducted by video, or in person when geography allows.
What you get is a sustained relationship with someone who will pay genuine attention to you over time. To what you say, how you say it, what you avoid, and what seems to want to emerge. That kind of attention compounds in a way that a single session cannot replicate.
The first three months are a commitment. Not a contract in the legal sense, but an agreement between us that we will give the work enough time to find its footing. The early sessions are often just the two of us locating the real material. Three months is enough to know whether we have found it.
After that, you continue month by month, with 30 days notice to end. You stay because the work is worth staying for. That is the only reason to stay.
Who This Is For
You are at some kind of reckoning. Not necessarily a crisis, but a place where the old map has stopped working and the new one hasn't yet formed. You are intelligent and reflective. You have probably already done some version of the inner work and found it useful but not quite sufficient. Something remains unresolved, not because you haven't tried, but because some things require a particular kind of relationship to move.
You are not looking for advice, a framework, or a process to follow. You are looking for someone who can think alongside you with genuine honesty and genuine care, and who will not flinch when the real material arrives.

You can afford $350 a month and you do not need it to be covered by insurance. This is not a medical expense. It is an investment in becoming more fully yourself, and you are clear enough about its value to fund it directly.
What tends to change is not dramatic but it is durable. People find themselves steadier, less at war with their own patterns, more able to trust their own judgment. Decisions that used to require enormous internal negotiation become cleaner. Relationships feel less effortful. There is less performance and more ease. Not because anything was fixed, but because something was understood at a level where understanding actually changes how you move through the world.
Who This Is Not For
This is not the right fit for everyone, and it matters to say that plainly.
If you are in acute crisis — if what you are navigating requires crisis support, medication management, or intensive clinical intervention — this is not the right resource. I can help you find what is.
If you are primarily looking for someone to confirm what you already believe about yourself, this will likely feel frustrating. I am not here to be a mirror. I am here to be genuinely present with what is actually happening, which is sometimes a different thing entirely.
If you are not yet ready to be honest — with me or with yourself — the work will not go anywhere useful and we will both feel it. Readiness is not a judgment. It is simply a condition.
If two sessions a month feels like not enough access, this is probably not the right fit. The boundaries around this work are not incidental to its quality. They are part of what makes it work.

I will read it carefully and respond. If it seems like there might be a genuine fit, we will arrange a 20-minute conversation before either of us commits to anything. Not a sales call. Just a real exchange.
